Cain got turned into a monster! He has rib markings and a sort of skull pattern on his face so why not monsterfy him by making it real! ofc not canonly - just for fun :D

In my personal lore he has a disease kinda like rabies so I can see some scientists trying to cure him but it ends up turning him into a scarier creature.
