Notice: user-made terms are not binding, unless you have provided an electronic signature to the designer in question. You are responsible for obtaining and recording the version of the terms you agreed to.

Constellion designs, whether created by myself or others, must adhere to species' rules and restrictions. The following are additional clauses I apply to my own Constellion designs. I request any buyers and owners of my Constellion designs to please follow these terms!

1. Please do not edit my art aside from hue/color shifts for the creation of alternate palettes as discussed in Term 1. Further editing of my art will result in a warning or blacklist from my designs if behavior persists.

2. Up to 2 alternate palettes may be created at time of INITIAL purchase. I will not create alternate palettes for any of my designs- this is up to the new owner to do themselves should they desire any alternate palettes.

3. Despecies-ing of my Constellion designs is permitted. However, I do not allow my Constellion designs to be changed and integrated into other closed species. Please respect this! Any instances of my Constellion designs being transferred to other species will result in a personal blacklist from my designs.

4. Please do not sell my designs for more than you paid, unless additional art is added. Yes personal art counts, but please don't inflate prices in order to work around this term!
