1) Redesigns are perfectly fine as long as you keep at least the original design of the character somewhere on it's profile, such as toyhouse or something similar. If the redesign if for a CS design of mine, this rule is overridden by any redesign rule the respective species has. Still, please keep the original file on the (toyhouse) profiles.

2) Please do not edit my art, no matter if the redesign you wish to do is small or not, just make your own piece ;(

3) Overselling my designs will not make me want to do business with you again! Technically I can't stop you, but I am an independent artist and it's very rude to profit off my work like that (or anyones, for that matter). It will leave a sour taste in my mouth 

4) For many reasons, one noted above, I have every right to decline any sort of business with whomever I feel uncomfortable with. Please respect this boundary

5) I don't do refunds! Chargebacks will lead to me taking the design back until the money has been resent

6) I don't mind payment holds or plans as long as there is a downpayment (% depends on the amount of money). Full ownership will only be transfered once the full amount has been paid!

7) Please do not sell or trade any of my designs to people on my blacklist: Link to my Blacklist
