Traits
Stardust Antennae (Rare)
This trait allows antennae (an arthropod feature) to be stardust. It may be completely or partially stardust, so long as the dust is on the antennae itself. It cannot be on the base surrounding the anntenae, as this would be a stardust face trait instead.
Stardust Gliders (Rare)
This trait allows the glider trait to be stardust. The stardust glider flap can appear to be laying over the back, but cannot appear to be a part of the back, so as to mimic the stardust body trait.
Star Scales (Uncommon)
This trait allows for solid-colored, star-shaped star scales to be placed anywhere on the body. The stars can have any number of points as long as they are clearly stars.
Star Scales are super-condensed solid stardust bits. The opacity for all star scales must be 100%.
Star Orbits (Uncommon)
This trait allows for star scales and other celestial objects to be placed orbiting around parts of the body. This trait must be combined with other star scale traits to determine shape and/or color of the orbiting stars.
Shaped Star Scales (Rare)
This trait allows for solid-colored, star scales with any shape, color, and pattern. These scales may not mimic elemental scales.
Star Scales are super-condensed solid stardust bits. The opacity for all star scales must be 100%.
Elemental Star Scales (Arcane)
This trait allows for multi-colored star scales with elemental texture such as water, fire, and slime to be placed anywhere on the body. The star scales can be shape-changing within the set elemental texture like dripping water or flickering flames. The star scales cannot change between other types of shapes such as changing from star-shaped to heart-shaped.
Star Scales are super-condensed solid stardust bits. The opacity for all star scales must be 100%.
Asteroid Scales (Rare)
This trait allows for rock and crystal formation around parts of the Constellion’s body. Cannot mimic other traits such as horns or wings, but can be attached to those traits.
Mythical Tail (Legendary)
This trait allows a Constellion to any number of tails and any type of tail. Features can include any of the following features: unnaturally shaped/placed spikes; wings; the tip of tail extending through fur tuft; and splits at the end of the tail. Corporeal tail features not included in other traits may be included here.
Natural Horns (Uncommon)
This trait allows a Constellion to have one set of horns (or antlers). This can include typical 2-horn pairs with a horn on each side of the head, 3-horn sets where a horn is also placed between the nose and eyes, or 1-2 horns placed only between the nose and eyes (like a rhinoceros). For sets of 2-3, if a horn is broken, the base of the horn must still be visible. These horns may be based on any real-world creatures such as cows, rhinos, and deer.
Spikes (Uncommon)
This trait allows for spikes to be placed anywhere on the torso, limbs, face, or tail. This trait does not allow for the addition of horn-like shapes above the nose, forehead, or top of head. Spikes must protrude from the body significantly. This trait does not include scales or small ridges on the limbs, tail, or other body.
Double Natural Horns (Uncommon)
This trait allows a Constellion to have two sets of natural horns (or antlers). Each set can include typical 2-horn pairs with a horn on each side of the head, 3-horn sets where a horn is also placed between the nose and eyes, or 1-2 horns placed only between the nose and eyes (like a rhinoceros). A maximum of five individual horns is allowed with this trait (Two on each side of the head and one above the nose). These horns may be based on any real-world creatures such as cows, rhinos, and deer.
Mythical Horns (Legendary)
This trait allows a Constellion to have any number of horns with any placement. These horns can be any shape and do not have to be based on real-world creatures.
Hooves (Uncommon)
This trait allows for the paw to be replaced with a hoof on any number of the Constellion’s limbs. Hooves can be based on any real-world creature.
Aquatic Features (Rare)
This trait allows the following aquatic features: fish tails; whale tails; tentacle tails (up to 8); external gills on the head or neck; feet adapted for aquatic locomotion (i.e. frog feet).
Each unique feature requires a separate trait listing.
Natural Wings (Rare)
This trait allows a single pair of any type of realistic wings to be placed on the back, including lower back near base of tail or hips. The wings may be based on any real-world creatures including birds, bats, insects, and flying reptiles. A pair of segmented insect wings count as a single pair of wings (i.e. the top and bottom portion of dragonfly or butterfly wings). The wings are permitted to be “mismatched” so that one wing is based on one type of creature, and the other based on another.
Scaled Features (Uncommon)
This trait allows for scaly features such as tails or feet with various scales, scutes, and ridges as well as scaly textures on the body. This trait also allows for natural armor-like features similar to tortoise shells or armadillo armor. This trait does not include external bone-like features. All features must be based on real-world creatures.
Each unique feature requires a separate trait listing.
Feathered Features (Rare)
This trait also allows for feathered tails and placement of feathered textures on the body. This trait also allows feathered glider arms. This trait does not include wings (See Natural Wings and Mythical Wings).
Each unique feature requires a separate trait listing.
Arthropod Features (Rare)
This trait allows the use of the following arthropod features: antennas; “bug” tails (based on insects, millipedes, arachnids, etc.); “bug limbs” including pincer hands. Legs that are a part of bug tails may move but cannot support the Constellion as functioning limbs. Arthropod legs as a limb feature may replace up to 4 of the Constellion’s actual limbs, but do not add additional limbs. All features must be based on real-world creatures.
Each unique feature requires a separate trait listing.
